1. Billing Cycle & Deductions

Finqura ERP operates on a highly transparent, pay-as-you-go SaaS model. We do not charge annual setup fees. Schools are charged exactly ₹1 per active student, per day. The daily deduction occurs automatically every night at exactly 12:00 AM (midnight) based on the active student count in your database.

2. Account Suspension Policy

SaaS Wallet recharge is mandatory. If the wallet balance hits ₹0, the service and all access portals (Admin, Teacher, Parent) will be immediately frozen. However, your data will remain safe and securely stored on our servers for 30 days. You can regain access instantly upon successful recharge within this window.

3. Acceptable Usage Policy

The School agrees not to use the platform to host, display, or upload any illegal content. The School Administrator is solely responsible for ensuring that student data is not misused, manipulated, or handled in violation of any applicable privacy laws.

4. Legal Compliance & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and other applicable laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
