The School retains absolute ownership of all institutional and student data entered into the system. The data will always belong to the School. Finqura Technologies acts solely as a 'Data Processor' providing the infrastructure to manage your records safely.

2. Tenant Isolation & Security

Our platform is engineered with absolute Multi-Tenant Database Isolation. This ensures that one school cannot view, access, or manipulate another school's data under any circumstances. Furthermore, we employ 'Encryption at Rest' for all sensitive database tables to protect against unauthorized physical access.

3. Protection of Student Data

Protecting the data of minors is our highest priority. Student records, attendance, and fee histories are encrypted. Student data is never shared, sold, or rented to third-party advertisers or external agencies under any circumstances.

4. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Finqura Technologies Private Limited strictly adheres to the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and all relevant Data Protection guidelines mandated by the Government of India.
