Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Prepaid Nature & Non-Refundable Recharges

Because our system operates on an automated, pay-as-you-go model calculated daily, SaaS wallet recharges are strictly non-refundable. Once the funds have been successfully credited to the School's wallet, they cannot be withdrawn or refunded. Please recharge an amount suitable for your expected monthly usage.

2. Initial Setup Policy

We offer a 7-Day Refund Policy for any initial setup fees (if applicable) should the platform not meet the technical requirements stated during onboarding. After 7 days, all setup fees are considered non-refundable.

3. Dispute Resolution & Failed Payments

In the event that a payment transaction fails or times out, but the amount is still deducted from your bank account, our gateway reconciliation process will attempt to verify the payment status. If the transaction failed definitively at the banking level, the deducted amount will be auto-refunded and credited back to the original source within 5-7 working days.

4. Legal Compliance

This policy is formulated in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and applicable consumer protection laws.
